A private hot tub is available - enjoy soaking under the stars.   Located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe close to skiing, the lake and casinos as well as area bike trails.  Comlimentary WI-FI is available!  This home is only available for 31+ night rentals.

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood.   Neighbors are sensitive to noise.  Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction.

Madhweep May 2019 Very clean and comfortable house. location is close to everything in South Lake Tahoe Anonymous December 2018 Very clean house with plenty of space. Large yards and 2-car garage. Complete kitchen and kitchen supplies were very useful. Mostly very responsive host, but they could not fix our hot tub for us to use. Also, the house heater could not heat the 2nd floor well enough, but the 1st floor got quite warm. Yupeng November 2018 We enjoyed our stay. Junru September 2018 This property has a prime location in South Lake Tahoe as it is not far from all places of interest. Spacious house with loads of kitchenware for our convenience. The location was close to everything, but off of the main streets making for a very peaceful stay. Check in after hours was super easy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at 930 Rubicon and will definitely be considering coming back this winter.
