VR Permit# 000197  As of December 30th this home will only be available for 31 night stays.

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood.  Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals.  Neighbors are sensitive to noise.  Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.

Chris April 2017 Incredible location, lots of space Alex March 2017 This is a beautiful home! The house was extremely close to the ski lifts, though a half mile is a far walk with skis in hand. The cabin looked even better in person and it was plenty spacious. Kitchen was fully stocked which made cooking a breeze and the linens and hotel style toiletries were the icing on the cake. The only negative was the parking situation, there is a two car max to park in the driveway and no street parking which did not seem to be clearly stated in the listing. Matthew March 2016 The listing description was on point - it's a great home very very close to the Heavenly base. The interior was beautiful, the kitchen was big enough to cook a real meal, and the jacuzzi really made this place worth it. Tahoe Keys Rentals also did a great job of responding to our jacuzzi water temp issue and they sent over a technician right away to fix the problem. Overall great experience.
