The kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. All three bathrooms have also been updated with tile showers, new fixtures, and granite counters. Conveniently located just moments from Heavenly Ski resort, the lake, and casinos. As of 12/31/21 this home will only be available for 30 day rentals.
**A high speed Internet connection with wireless access is available at this property - however we can neither guarantee service nor trouble shoot any problems.
We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.

The cabin I stayed in on the Pony Express was great, the home was beautiful
and the location was great. If you are staying in Tahoe for the skiing and the
casinos this place is perfect. The location is very quiet and private. Only thing I
would change is the front room, where seems to be where everyone hangs out
is pretty small. Besides that absolutely no complaints.

The house is in a great location, less than a 5 min drive from the Gunbarrel lift up to the California side of Heavenly. The house itself has lots of space for hanging out as a group, and to sleep everyone. Having a hottub in the backyard was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and concerns related to our stay.

The house is slightly small for 6+ people but was cozy and comfortable. We had a great time hanging out in the big hot tub. The house is only a 5 min drive away from the slopes and 10 min drive away from all the shops which was awesome.
