“Loved the Pony Express” 4 of 5 bubblesReviewed February 11, 2010 for a stay in January 2010 The cabin I stayed in on the Pony Express was great, the home was beautiful and the location was great. If you are staying in Tahoe for the skiing and the casinos this place is perfect. The location is very quiet and private. Only thing I would change is the front room, where seems to be where everyone hangs out is pretty small. Besides that absolutely no complaints. Very nice and comfortable! Would definitely come back!! Joanne January 2017 The house is in a great location, less than a 5 min drive from the Gunbarrel lift up to the California side of Heavenly. The house itself has lots of space for hanging out as a group, and to sleep everyone. Having a hottub in the backyard was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and concerns related to our stay. Byron January 2017 The house is slightly small for 6+ people but was cozy and comfortable. We had a great time hanging out in the big hot tub. The house is only a 5 min drive away from the slopes and 10 min drive away from all the shops which was awesome.
