We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable. Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.
*Children under the age of 5 are not included in occupancy calculation.

Had a great time. Beautiful, huge home. We had a group of 17 and we all fit very comfortably.The house is within a few minutes if the lake and the casinos.
We will definitely try and book this same house next year.
Bang for the Buck!

Booked this place for a Bachelor Party and it was great! The Hot tub out back was nice to relax in, the Terminator Pinball had everyone competing for the high score of the weekend and the Pool table gave yet another distraction. The close driving distance to the casinos and lake for fishing worked out great. Everyone had their own room to sleep in and we felt like kings! You won't regret staying here.

One. Word. Huge! When we pulled up to the drive way it looked big on the outside, but when we entered the front door, we didnt realize the actual amount of square footage, I mean, 4000 sq ft, wow! Very nice layout, but the only reason why I didnt say excellent was due to the fact that some of the furniture was outdated, but other than that really fun home. The major plus was the man cave on the bottom floor...definitely a place to go with a large group. The consensus all night was "Put this one in the books so we can come here annually!"

We rented this house during the Christmas holidays 2012. There were 10 of us and we had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and plenty big enough for us all to have some quiet time if needed.Checking in was a nice experience, and the girl who checked us in was very knowledgable about the area and activities. I would definatly stay here again.

This property is beautiful, spacious and quiet. All the things we were looking for in a weekend getaway. We fit 13 people super comfortably. The kitchen has all the tools you need for a family dinner and the game room offers even more reason never to leave. The distance of the house to any popular restaurants or views is so convenient. Would definitely recommend and I look forward to my next stay here!

This house was absolutely beautiful and so cozy and spacious! We had a big group of 13 stay there and there was more than enough space for all of us. We woke up every morning with beautiful views of the snow covered trees outside, a huge, nice kitchen and living area to make breakfast and hang out, and the most amazing Jacuzzi on the first floor. The house is only 5 minutes from Heavenly ski resort and from the town itself- all around a 10+++ cabin that I would recommend to everyone. We're already talking about going back in the summertime.

What I enjoyed was we didn't need to leave the house but once to grocery shop. Had all my grandkids and they loved the game room and the little ones could sled right outside on the side of the house. There was 17 of us and we never felt we were crowded, totally spacious home.

this home was GORGEOUS! My family and I (15 people) stayed here for the weekend for our grandpa's 90th birthday and everyone couldn't stop raving about how amazing the home was. It was HUGE, spacious, clean, modern and updated, while still feeling cozy. Even with a full house, the home did not feel the least bit cramped. There were 7 bedrooms and 4 full baths across 3 floors.
The top floor had a gorgeous, spacious kitchen with 2 dining tables which perfectly catered to our big family who tend to overcrowd the kitchen at meal times. The bathrooms were all large, spacious and very clean (not to mention basic toiletries were provided in each bathroom - just like a hotel). The bedrooms were all clean and had bath towels and hand towels laid out on each bed upon our arrival.
The big common area on the top level was a great space for family time, meals, games, etc. And the bottom level/game area was the perfect space for the kids and young adults with a pool table, big screen tv, movies, game boards, dominoes, puzzles, pinball machine, foosball table, and outdoor access to the hot tub. It was a great separation, so the kids could get loud and play there without bothering the adults.

Wow, this home was perfect for the needs of our large party of 14 guests for the weekend! Clean, spacious, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and the downstairs hot tub and game room were a real treat! Neighbors were friendly and quiet, great neighborhood. I highly recommend anyone to consider renting this home for a large family/friend gathering!
