We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood.  Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals.  Neighbors are sensitive to noise.  Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance.   Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable.  Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.

*Children under the age of 5 are not included in occupancy calculation.

If you and a bunch of friends want to stay at a spacious yet cozy house, this is it! There were a total of 3 levels and each level had its own sense of character and vibe. The different levels made it so people who wanted to sleep weren't disturbed by those who were awake and hanging out. Plenty of seating, room for activities, and located close enough to shops (10min drive) but far enough to feel secluded. Also, the landscape was surrounding by beautiful tall trees :)- wonderful! The house is perfectly located between town and all the surrounding mountains in the area. The house is very spacious and comes with a fully equipt kitchen which makes it easy to cook large dinners. The hot tub and sauna make for amazing ways to relax after hitting the slopes and or the casinos. I highly recommend this house for large groups, families and or anyone who wants a wonderful space to relax and have fun. Great place, easy to check in, good communication with the host. 10/10 would stay again. We went with 10 girls for a bachelorette party and there was plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed the activities that house had and the spa. Nice getaway for us all and we truly enjoyed it.
