We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood.  Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals.  Neighbors are sensitive to noise.  Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance.   Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable.  Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.

Reviews

This was one of the best houses we have stayed in Lake Tahoe area. The fenced backyard, full kitchen with all appliances and utensils, plenty of games, spacious bedrooms (biggest Master bedroom I have seen) make this house unique. Very close to everything. Had great fun! Picked up the keys from a vacay rental area, friendly staff! Only 10 minutes away from the cabin. This cabin is super spacious. Large garage can fit two cars. Loved the wall mounts for skis and boards. Cute dining area. The kitchen is supplied with just about every necessary tool :) The living room was cozy. The large table in the center was perfect for playing games and building puzzles! Four bedrooms upstairs. Love that the main bathroom has a sink right there, like a 1/2 bath in the room, neat! Jacuzzi was a great addition, especially after a long day on the slopes. Could've been a little warmer. It's about 7 - 10 minutes from everything: Heavenly, Casinos, Restaurants, Stores etc. Would highly recommend. Very cozy and family friendly, close to everything and very clean!
