The single story floor plan is a rare find in Tahoe and provides easy access to all of the homes ameniites. A newly created front patio provides a nice venue to enjoy the quiet neighborhood. New furnishings and decorative touches throughout lend Tahoe charm to this cabin. There is no better neighborhood in Tahoe to enjoy a bike ride or stroll. During Summer you will appreciate the proximity to the Lakeview Commons Beach Area - a bustling park with live music, food and more! As of 11/30/21 this home will only be available for 31 days stays.

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.

The place was great. Clean with modern appliances. A little on the smaller side but good value if you don't mind getting cozy. Hot tub can only fit about 4 comfortabely.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. A reunion with friends from high school, enough beds for all, very cozy, near the lake. Wonderful hot tub, awesome...

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. A reunion with friends from high school, enough beds for all, very cozy, near the lake. Wonderful hot tub, awesome big house. The decor was hilarious, right up our alley - owls, 70s, quirky Tahoe stuff. It felt like home. Carpet looked new and the place was clean. Big tables for meals/card games. We were in heaven. Thank you.
