This home offers a game room with foosball table and a large natural lawn area.  Several decks, including one off the master bedroom, enable you to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the lake.  The home has recently been updated with new marble and tile bathrooms as well as a beautiful new kitchen.  There is no better way to wake up - than overlooking Lake Tahoe!  As of August 31, 2021 this home will only be available for 31 day + rentals.

**A high speed Internet connection with wireless access is available at this property - however we can neither guarantee service nor trouble shoot any problems.**

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood.  Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals.  Neighbors are sensitive to noise.  Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.

Andi February 2016 Great place! Cozy and tastefully arranged. Kitchen was remodeled and very functional. Ample space for the eight of us plus two babies with strollers. Great views on the lake. Close to Heavenly gondola but have to drive. Reception was equally great (Thanks Shea!). Thanks Lisa, hope we get to come back again soon! Tessa September 2015 Report Helpful Lisa was very responsive and welcomed us to her home letting us know there would be fireworks and that views from the dock would be fabulous -- she was right! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the large front lawn and lakefront views. Unfortunately, due to the drought the water was about a mile out, however, we still enjoyed our time so much. The house is spacious and contained everything you need to stay comfortably! I hope Lisa will have us back next year! :)
