The location was nice as well as the backyard was a decent size considering other lots we saw. The dock was in great condition and easy in and out through the keys. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Excellent location in quiet neighborhood with a small park across the street. Backyard is located on the keys. Nice boat float and access.
